REGULARLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Frequently Asked Questions
We have put together some commonly asked questions
What coffees are included in BEANN’s Collections?
Our Collections feature artisan single‑origin lots, house blends and seasonal micro‑lots across espresso, filter and cafetière roasts. Each product page shows origin, tasting notes, roast date and recommended brew method.
How do you verify that BEANN coffee is ethically sourced?
We use direct trade relationships, supplier audits and documented provenance for every lot. Where applicable we list recognised certifications and provide farm or co‑op details so sourcing is fully traceable.
Do you show roast dates and tasting notes?
Yes. Every bag displays a roast date and product pages include tasting notes, roast level and suggested uses (espresso/filter/cafetière) to help you choose peak‑fresh coffee.
Can I buy whole beans and ground coffee?
Yes. Most collections are available as whole bean or ground for espresso, filter and cafetière. Choose grind at product or checkout and we’ll grind to order where possible.
How do BEANN subscriptions work?
Pick a coffee, bag size and delivery frequency. Subscriptions are flexible: pause, skip, swap beans or cancel anytime from your account. Subscribed orders still show roast dates and qualify for delivery options.
Which coffee is best for espresso, filter or cafetière?
Each product page recommends a primary brew method. Generally, darker roasts and specific blends suit espresso; lighter single origins excel for filter. If you tell us your machine and taste profile we’ll recommend the best match.
