How do subscriptions work?
Choose your bag, grind and delivery frequency, and we’ll ship on your chosen schedule. You can pause, skip or cancel anytime from your account or by contacting support.
Do you offer next‑day delivery?
Yes - next‑day delivery across most of the UK for orders placed before the cut‑off time. Check shipping options at checkout for exact availability.
How can I get brewing or grind advice?
Tell us your brew method (espresso, filter, cafetière), grinder/espresso machine model and how you like your coffee, and we’ll recommend grind settings and recipes.
How do you verify ethical sourcing and traceability?
For farm or lot queries, provide the product batch code and we’ll share origin details, producer info and sourcing notes. You can also visit our Ethics page for certifications and sourcing policy.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we ship across the UK only. For international enquiries, contact support and we’ll advise on options.
I received a damaged or incorrect order - what now?
