How does the BEANN Coffee subscription work?
Choose your subscription (espresso, filter, decaf, pods), select size and grind, pick delivery cadence (weekly, fortnightly, monthly) and enter payment. We roast to order and dispatch with free UK delivery.
How fresh is the coffee I receive?
We roast in small batches and aim to ship your beans within 5 days of roast date. Each bag is dated and includes a tasting card so you can see roast and origin information.
Can I change my delivery frequency or skip a shipment?
Yes. Use the customer portal or mobile app to pause, skip or adjust deliveries. We’ll also email you three days before each scheduled shipment with a one-tap option to skip or reschedule.
What grind sizes do you offer?
Whole bean, filter (pour-over/AeroPress), espresso and coarse for French press. If you prefer a specific grind for your equipment, select it at checkout and we’ll grind to order.
Do you ship across the UK and what are the delivery costs?
We deliver throughout the UK, including mainland England, Wales and Scotland. All subscription orders include free, tracked delivery. Highlands, Islands and certain postcode exceptions may incur a small surcharge — checkout will show any additional fees.
What sustainability and ethical practices do you follow?
We source coffee via direct-trade relationships and select farms with proven environmental and social practices. Packaging is recyclable, and we offset delivery emissions for all UK subscriptions. Certification details are listed on each product page.
